yeah, I guess I should have clarified that.  Years ago, before the more 
recent Big OT List Blowup of 2008 there was a Big OT List Blowup of 2004 
(or 2003 or 2002 or something like that).  And since nobody could agree 
- at the time - to create an "official trilug ot" list, Tanner Lovelace
was gracious enough to setup and host such a list on his domain.

It's lightly used, but a few of us still try to encourage people
to prefer it for stuff that is just way, way, blatantly off-topic.
Obviously it's a judgement call what to post to the list and there
are lots of grey areas.

Anyway, like I said before, it's just a suggestion. :-)
