tested, works....

to show you interface indices (I had to wireshark -D > faces.txt to see
output):
wireshark -D

then:

at <time> "c:\Program Files\Wireshark\wireshark.exe" -i <interface index> -a
duration:<seconds> -Q -w "c:\Program Files\Wireshark\capture"

Yes, windows has an "at" command. You could also do it in Programs -->
Accessories --> Systems tasks --> Scheduler
