[TriLUG] OT: Downgrading Safari 3.1 to 1.2 on a Mac running 10.3.9

I think you need Safari 1.3.1 at a minimum on 10.3.9. As for the
question mark on the task bar, click on it after installing Safari. It
should automagically find the new (old) Safari.
