[TriLUG] OT: Power supply/video card question

I can't recommend power supplies from PC Power and Cooling (pcpower.com)
enough.  They are pricey, but 100% rock solid everywhere I've used
them.  And they actually perform to the spec they're rated for, not just
for a brief peak load, but continuously.
