[TriLUG] paging software

I wanted to see what everyone was using for paging software.  We
currently use a software called Spatch running on linux and are looking
to get a more feature rich product.  We have looked at TelAlert and
HipLinkXS, but have found them a little pricey.  Our requirements are:

paging to multiple devices (pagers, cell phones...)
grouping
scheduling
escalation/cancellation
reporting
an intuitive UI
supports Linux, Unix and windows integration
preferable the server runs on Linux
