Sorry, openxvm doesn't include the xVMOps Center. You could also look at http://xenman.sourceforge.net/, but with Enomalism finally out of Alpha, it's probably the way to go. I'm downloading it now myself.

Also take a look at http://ovirt.org/ (only works with KVM currently) and http://www.openxvm.org/.
