I never did figure out how to unfsck nautilus, but I did manage to
prevent it from mounting it.
I added the partitiion to /etc/fstab with noauto,nouser and now I no
longer see the drive mounted every time I login. Yay.
Maybe that's its normal mode of behaviour - to mount anything not
defined in /etc/fstab
