[TriLUG] New to the area now, and DSL issues

Im off of homestead road close to chapel hill high school.

TWC does cover this house... my problem lies in the Landlord and the fact
that she got a line drop quoted at 1k awhile ago (I live quite a distance
from the road when you want to talk in terms of laying cable)
