[TriLUG] TriLUGnet (was New to the area now, and DSL issues)

This sure takes me back.  Back in the 90's some were calling for what they
called a LATA for the triangle area.  Some people said it wouldn't help much
with congestion.  Some said they would not put up with another organism
between them (ISP) and "the Internet".  Well, you would have to herd ALL the
cats to get it to work.
