gotdns.com is a domain that has subdomains by owned by many people. If
a local name server claims authority for it but with only the local
subdomains, any other subdomains would not be found by computers using
that local name server. That usually isn't the desired effect.
Even if it wasn't a shared domain, it may be desired for most of
subdomains to fall-through to the real names servers, only overriding a
few subdomains.
