This is why I tend to ask for a "fine assortment of tasty baked goods"
instead of cash. Sometimes I'll do a side job even though the customer
can't really afford my time. It is decidedly more palatable in these
situations to receive a few delicious brownies passing by my lips than a
few Mr Washingtons passing through my fingers.
