Well that depends:

*  If you have a mythtv box that only get's analog over the air, then  
your going to loose all signal.

*  If you have a mythtv box that get's analog over Cable tv, then  
nothing is likely to change (depends on your carrier though).

*  If you have a mythtv box that can get digital over the air, then  
nothing changes (all unencrypted).

*  If you have a mythtv box that get's digital over cable, then  
nothing changes (you still get the same stuff you did before).
