I'm more than content with my current employer but it is interesting and
valuable to see job postings and to be able to keep track of current trends
/ demand so I know where to focus my skill set.

BTW, One valuable resource I've yet to see mentioned i the triangle
networking group at http://www.trianglenetworkinggroup.com/index.html ).
