[TriLUG] Email: HTML, replies, signatures, and signing

Bottom-replies always make my head hurt - especially when not using a tool
like Gmail that has the decency to hide [most] of the previous crap :)
If it's at the top, you can get the thread of communication quite quickly -
the way blogs work: the newest item is at the top.
