You could look at the services offered by the IEEE and ACM.
The ACM seems to offer access to materials for a number of Certifications, including CISCO, SUSE, ORACLE and LPI, as part of their membership services.

In a couple of past jobs, I've had access to online CBT's (computer
based training) for certifications and now that I'm out of work, I'm
really wanting to get my certs in order so that I can have a better foot
hold when trying to land a new job. I've seen a couple of sites that
have CBT's at a monthly or yearly rate, but most of the better known
websites only have corporate licensing and nothing for the individual.
Does anyone know of a good quality CBT company that is affordable and
that you would suggest or know of a place where they could be accessed
for free legally (*cough* *cough* not bittorrent). I'm specifically
looking for A+, Network+, and Linux+ or LPI. RHCT/RHCE would be
awesome, but my hopes aren't that high.
