Hey guys, thanks for giving me a new appreciation of my current job 
(Troubleshooting trainer/author). Yeah, it can be a PITA, and I do every bit 
of the work myself, and I work for a slavedriver and boy is he ugly when I 
look in the mirror, but you've reminded me that everyone has problems.
