I have a bunch of bookmarks from $JOB-1 on setting up an internal repo 
for centos/rhel, i'll poke around tonight and see if i can find them.

I'm pretty sure i found all of them by googling for "internal yum mirror 
centos" or something similar.

That will at least get you started with the directory layout you need.
