I wouldn't dismiss Trixbox so quickly. 

While the commercial version is a bit under-powered (by which I mean: sold on equipment that is meant for low to medium use), the distro is constantly updated and most voice apps integrate easily into Trixbox.  It also has one of the largest active fan bases out there. 

As a system for business use it has the advantage that it is easy to manage (even Windows users can be trained to use the web-based setup), and several local companies support Trixbox (just in case those windows users are real losers...).
