These days, if you're going to get a "capture card" I recommend
you get an HDHomeRun ( http://www.silicondust.com/products/hdhomerun ).
It decodes ATSC (digital over the air TV) and unencrypted QAM (digital
cable).  Also, it sits on the network so you don't have to worry about
add-on cards.  Finally, it works perfectly out of the box with MythTV.
