My kids are pretty young (5 & 3) and love playing flash games on my wife's EEE PC. We even have the 
smaller 7" model and it works fine for them. Depending on the game, sometimes they have to scroll to 
get it into their viewport when they first come to the page, but I've never seen them have to scroll 
while playing.
