[TriLUG] Building Wiring

Is the "walls build-out" finished?  Are cubicles in place already or are we
talking about totally open floorspace?

Are you running voice over Cat5?  You don't really want POTS writing for
phones, do you?

Does the cabling have to run through air return space?  Is the floor raised?
