Maybe I'm the only one who feels this way - but tiered (or pay-per-byte)
billing would be just fine with me.....if they would make the darn thing
faster!

My friend in Dallas gets 10M up/20M down with Verizon FIOS - and pays the
same as I do.   I'm sooooo jealous!!!
