[TriLUG] decorum

If I understand the term troll correctly, it means someone who posts with
the aim to start arguments.  That is not my motivation.  I feel like I
should speak when people say things like US military are babykillers, it is
okay to discriminate if you have less than 15 employees, "I'm a hiring
manager so I can express myself but you can't.", or "stupid posts".  To me,
it seems like the right thing to do.
