[TriLUG] Time Warner Cable not through fighting

Hrere is the key point

Time Warner Cable contends that going head-to-head against a city
government's cable and Internet service is unfair because local
governments can pay significantly less to build a municipal telecom
system.

They may have a logical point about costs.  But instead of whining about how unfair life is, they should work to reduce their costs so that they can be competitive, or make the case that their service is worth the extra money due to superior offering and service.

It looks like the bill (hb 1252/s1004) is being delayed a year.  :-)

Funny, all the comments on the article were bashing TWC. Now why would
they do that? O:-)
