Internet Services Security Center

Project Description:
SEEKING Experienced PERL Professional**

-Needs to be able to design, create and implement new tools to support
the Telecommunication Internet Services Security Center.

-Must be able to extend and enhance existing programs written in a
mixture of Perl, MySQL, Javascript, YAML including many custom and
off-the-shelf Perl modules.

-Responsible for programmatically identifying and handling high
priority Internet and Network Security issues, IP AUP violations, and
copyright issues.

-Understanding of database design and system monitoring are required.

-Must be an expert with Perl regular expressions.

work to identify and resolve IP AUP violations, network security
issues, and copyright issues.

-Understanding of database design and system monitoring are required.

-Use Perl, DBI, MySQL, Linux, TCP/IP, SMTP, SNMP, JavaScript, DHTML
along with existing abuse framework to identify new customer classes
and automate abuse functions. Perl intermediate to expert preferred.

-Ability to write scripts for tools and automation.

-Intimate familiarity with Perl regular expressions.

-Familiar with Perl IPC (Interprocess communications) mechanisms

-DBI

-Integration of CPAN modules
