I might find this a good opportunity to plug a site that I've really
come to love:

Its my favorite go-to site for everything I *should* know about stuff
like that, but forgot; and my resource for new questions I want to
ask.  From what I can tell it almost seems like there are more windows
users there than linux, but there are LOTS of great experts on both
sides.

Shameless plug this may be, but I think it's an excellent resource to
anyone on this list.
