[TriLUG] Software project idea

I have an idea for a software project. I have a feeling that Flash may  
be the best tool for the job. In a nutshell, it will involve creating  
an interface where audio, video and text files can be uploaded. The  
user will then be able to create media presentations from the files in  
a format that can easily be viewed at remote locations. I think the  
output will end up being avi, mpeg or swf. This will be a vertical  
market service offering.

I am interested in talking with someone who has the abilities to
