[TriLUG] Open Source software to make computer tutorials???

Hi all,

I want to make some computer tutorial videos to show a piece of software in 
action. It should be able to record my voice at the same time it shows a 
continuous video of my computer screen. The following is an example of what 
I'm talking about:

Where do I find an open source program, that runs on Linux, to make such 
tutorials?
