[TriLUG] Time Warner price increase

Anyone else see the DOCSIS 3.0 cable modem in BestBuy's Sunday paper? Is TW finally getting the message and updating their infrastructure, or throwing up smoke and mirrors...

Does Earthlink also offer the equivalent of TWC Business Class? 

The top tier on their web site shows 10 Mbps down/unspecified up, residential.
I can call them but thought to ask here first.
