Hi, for those of us that use the digest option it really helps if
people can bottom post and trim out everything but the relevant quote
which you are replying to.

At the very least please trim out all the but what you are responding
to. It's really a pain to read the digested emails when people top
post and below their one line response is the entire rest of the
thread they are involved in, and this only repeats for each person
that top posts and responds subsequently.
