[TriLUG] Init Scripts in Python

I already posted this to the TriZPUG list, but I know a lot of you  
aren't on that list, and I'd really like a more systems-oriented view  
of what I've done.

So at the risk of being labeled a filthy cross-poster, here goes:

I've written a blog post about my experience with writing init scripts  
in Python instead of bash or ksh (or whatever). I'm eager for some  
feedback.
