Ooooh! Ooooooh! I'm qualifried for that position!!!
(Actually, it's the sort of thing that any of us could probably step in and just "do" but the folks seeking to fill it likely prefer someone with the right qualfictions. Could I still make my qualifictions up out of whole cloth and apply for the job, now that I've let the cat out of the bag, saying how it would indeed be fictitious? The cat sort of ripped the cloth bag.)
I further question their "intermediate required" terminology. For a few of the requirements there are actual measurable criteria by which to judge "intermediate" but for others (such as numbers 7, 8 and 9) there almost certainly are not.
Shall I be so jaundiced as to recommend that the ancient transition from "Personnel" to "Human Resources" be taken one step further, with the new name, Human Resource Science? Hold on a minute while I Google that...
Oops, I'm way too late. "Dr Xxx XXXX, Director of Human Resource Science and Technology," appears on the very first Google page.
