Dude...even 1/3 of 156 hrs is *much* greater than your 3 hour
estimate!!!

Good luck. I'm just telling you the way it is. You are way off. I did
not say we could not be friends; I'm just saying your estimate is not
accurate.

...which is exactly was I was asking for in the beginning - just run the
cables.  Perhaps I was not clear enough even though I mentioned no
walls, no ceilings, just run cables...
