[TriLUG] DNS/DHCP Server revisited

Thirded. We've been using it in our office for a few years now - Jason Tower
set it up for us.  Thus far we've been able to maintain it with a minimum
of effort -- we're using it for quite a bit more than your requirements and
even that has been pretty easy.  It just works.
