[TriLUG] using sshd tunnelling for dns request

Ok, my son is stationed overseas, and has wifi access.

Unfortunately, his dns is very unreliable, and he does not have access to a lot of sites.
He is running windows xp.

He can ssh into my linux system, and he can put openssh on his system for windows.

How could he ssh into my linux server and either http tunnelling or dns tunnelling.

How does one do this.

It would be a real moral booster.
