Can you put your servers in your basement and use IPKVM, VNC, or RDP? I routinely work with two monitors on my desk (running Mac) and use a combination of RDP, VNC, and xterm to get work done.

The HVAC thermostat is in the hallway, and I've seen it get six degrees warmer in here than it is there. There's a ceiling fan, but it doesn't help much when the temperature gets into the upper 80s.

So far, I haven't seen a KVM extender that supports dual monitors, audio, and a 3-button mouse with scroll wheel. Still, I can work around that if I have to.
