[TriLUG] Intel processor Temperaturs

I have a dual core Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU     E7500  @ 2.93GHz and when it is idling it runs about
43 C but when I start up VirutalBox, and do a compile the temperature seems to go up to about 68 to 71 C

Is this normal?

I am running FC12 x86_64 and the client is fc12 i386
