I don't know about leasing, but a google search turns up at least one
provider <http://www.connectria.com/aix.html>. I've always been offered free
lab time (by IBM) to port or verify applications and/or performance if there
was a potential sale.

What sort of computing capability do you need? If you're doing something
where you need so little computer time as to consider 'timesharing', I would
imagine you could find a fairly inexpensive machine on eBay.
