[TriLUG] Lease computing time on AIX

I've been offered access to build and test machines as part of work
with distros, but I don't know if AIX was included. PostgreSQL has a
few AIX servers in their test farm, but I'm not sure how one gains
access to these machines, unless you happen to be a PosgreSQL
developer. There are probably other compile farms that include AIX,
but since SF.net shut down theirs, I'm not sure where to go.
