We're on TWTC for our 20x20 and it's been great.  Excellent upgrade
from our bonded T1s from MadisonRiver/Mebtel/Century[tel|link] in
terms of speed, reliability, and customer service.

We're waiting out our contract on the dual t1s then also moving our
voice pri to TWTC.  No reservations or concerns about that at all.

AFAIK TWTC hasn't had someone break into their CO and steal the wires
for the copper.
