Just to clear up confusion on this TW Telecom, is not affiliated with TimeWarner Cable. They split in 1998.

Wow! I _think_ that shows it running right up Miami...which means it is running right in front of our office! Funny that all the times I've called TWC/RR asking to get better outgoing speed, they've never mentioned this option. They probably don't even know it exists!
I've contacted Dianne...will report back with what I hear.
