[TriLUG] Time Warner Cable Internet vs Century Link 10 Mbps DSL

Anyone out there switched from Time Warner to Century Link lately?  I
noticed that their speeds are slightly faster than Time Warner at the
moment.  If you have switched can you still do web hosting through your
residential account or do they block port 80?
