FWIW, the job description's responsibilities exactly match the ones listed 
for the Network Engineer position at iContact:

I used to work there as a Sysadmin until December of last year, so if you 
want facts about what it's like working there from someone who was in the 
trenches, I'd be more than happy to sit down over a meal or beverage and 
talk about it (I'll even pay for my share :).

And for the record, the last time iContact was voted one of the best places 
to work by the Triangle Business Journal was 2009.  It appears that for some 
reason or other they didn't quite cut it in 2010:
