[TriLUG] Project management software using Perl, Python, PHP w/MySQL etc?

dotproject and some others ... I last documented this in 2006. Take a
look on sourceforge.net and drill down.
This is a huge hole/opportunity for Linux. Showcasing the enormously
valuable webapps available in FOSS. Can you even install dotproject
from any package manager?
