Description
Very strong experience working with Linux and Unix environments
o Knowledge of software development life cycle, software configuration management practices, release management methodologies, production support.
o Good scripting skills with bash and/or Perl in Linux, Unix
o Expert skills building and packaging software written in Java / PL/SQL
o Strong experience in branching and merging strategy and execution using Perforce, Clear case or similar tools
o Ant or Maven
o J2EE Application Assembly
o Strong experience with dependency analysis
o Code release
o Build optimization
o Source Code Analysis tools **
o Continuous integration skills **
o Hudson or Cruise Control
o Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both written and oral.
o Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Top 3 Must Haves:
1) Unix/Linux
2) Shell scripting (ie. Perl)
3) good understanding of Maven
