To be clear, my comment above refers specifically to the ongoing 
paperwork obligations and tax liabilities. We still do not know what it 
would take to reinstate our previous 501(c)(3) classification or to seek 
a new one. I suspect that it is probably worth the effort in order to 
reduce future burden.
