[TriLUG] OT: looking for office space with good ISP

There is around 12,000 in the empty part of our building at corner of 54 and
Triangle drive. I don't think it can be split. I have TWTelecom fiber rack
in my server room. We are on the ring at the street. Cresa partners is who
is on the sign... I think.
