I use rsnapshot, too.  It's great.  I back up all the laptops in the 
house to a central server and use rsnapshot to make incremental backups 
of that drive onto a second drive then use rsync to back the incremental 
backups to a Truecrypt-encrypted USB drive I keep at work.
