:: CURRENT SCIENCE DISCUSSION: JAPAN'S NUCLEAR CRISIS Morehead Planetarium 
and Science Center hosts a special presentation by Dr. David McNelis on 
Thursday, March 24, 2011, at 6 p.m. He will discuss the risks we face in 
relying on nuclear power and the key issues under debate, from Chernobyl to 
Fukushima.
McNelis serves as director of UNC's Center for Sustainable Energy, 
Environment and Economic Development as well as adjunct professor for 
nuclear engineering at NC State.
This program is free and open to the public; light refreshments are 
provided. Please join us in Morehead's Banquet Hall (east entrance, second 
floor) for a thought-provoking discussion!
