Hey everyone. I mentioned how we are looking to fill the Service Desk
Manager job at Red Hat.

Just a little more information, it's the Americas Service Desk Manager
position and you'd be managing the internal support for North, South, and
Central America.

We'd be looking for someone with plenty of (desktop) Linux experience,
people skills, and a managerial history.
